Commission Reports

Use this form to print various commission and receiver analysis reports.
NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

Start Date: The start date in the range of pay dates upon which to report. This value, and the End Date value, are not used in the 'Customers without commissions' report.

End Date: The ending date in the range of pay dates upon which to report. This value, and the Start Date value, are not used in the 'Customers without commissions' report.

Disqualified Customers: This report shows customers (over the date range you specify) for which you are no longer receiver residuals, as indicated by the Paid field in the commission table having a zero value. You should validate that the customer has really met the criteria for becoming disqualified.

Charge Back Customers: This report shows customers (over the date range you specify) for which you have been charged back, as indicated by the Paid field in the commission table having a value less than zero. This usually means the customer did not maintain service or regular payments for the minimum duration as specified by Dish Network. You should validate that the customer has really stopped paying, or made late payments, as you may be entitled to the amount you were charged back.

Customers w/o Activation Fee: This report shows customers (created in the date range you specify) for whom you are receiving residuals but don't have any record of an activation fee. This may be due to incomplete commission history rather than any errors on anybody's part.

Customers w/o Commissions: This report shows customers with valid Dish Network receiver ID's for which you are not receiving commissions. Here are some possible reasons:

• The customer predates your commission history, and has been disqualifed.
• The receiver id number is incorrect.
• Dish network has made an error, and you should be getting commissions or residuals for that customer.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of reasons, simply some possibilities.

Commissions w/o Customers: This report shows commission data from Dish Network for which you have no receivers that match the CaNum field in the Dish Network report. It probably means you have invalid Receiver ID's in your database, or have an incomplete customer history.

View as data sheet: Displays the information in tabular form. This allows you to copy and paste from this form.

View as report: Displays the information as a report, more suitable for printing.

Close: Closes the form.
