The Find Customer By Receiver Form
From: Main Menu -- Add/Edit Customers



NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy Hand Thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

Receiver Info Type Receiver Information Do Find Clear Specification Cancel


Search Customer by Receiver finds the customer who owns the receiver you specify. Unlike the Find Customer form , a filter is not created. SatTracker looks for the receiver you specify, finds the associated customer ID, then displays that customer on the Customer Form .

Receiver Info Type: Press one of these radio buttons to specify if your search specification refers to: Receiver Serial , Receiver ID , or SmartCard .

Receiver Information: Enter the number that goes with the receiver information type button you pressed.

Do Find: Press this button to find the customer who owns the receiver you entered.

Clear Specification: Press this button to clear any information you have entered on the form.

Cancel Button: Press this button to close the form without doing the find.
