The Program Form

Main Menu -- Add/Edit Customers -- Right Click Popup Menu


The Program Form allows you to add/edit/view customer programming information. The entire history of the customer's programming is displayed, with the most recent program entries at the top. After you are done changing programming information, it's a good idea to look at the Order Summaries Form to make sure the information is correct.

NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy Hand Thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

NOTE: The menu to the right (with customers, receivers, etc.) is displayed whenever you right click inside the form you are working in, allowing you to quickly move from form to form as you enter customer information.

Program Enter the name of the program the customer is ordering, or select a name from the drop-down list. Double click on the edit box to bring up a list of programs and costs. If you leave the cost blank, the cost associated with the program is automatically filled in.

Who Pays: Enter who is paying for the programming, or select a name from the drop-down list. Double click on the edit box to bring up a list of 'who pays' values.

Programmer: Enter who provides the programming, or select a name from the drop-down list. Double click on the edit box to bring up a list of 'programmer' values. .

Form Control: Pressing the 'x' to close the form, the '_' to minimize the form (make it a small icon at the bottom of the screen), or the box shape to maximize the form (so it takes up the entire database window).

Navigation Buttons: Use these buttons to browse the customer's programming. You can move to the first program entry, previous, next, or last. Click on the Add New button to enter a new record, or scroll down to the blank record at the end of the list. To find a program in a large list, click in the field you wish to search, and press Control F.

Close: Close this form.
