Prospect Report

Use this form to print reports about telemarketers, and to mark telemarketers as paid.

NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

Start Date: The starting 'contact date' (see the Customer Form, used in the Prospects by lead source, prospects by telemarketer, and line item reports. If blank, all dates are used.

End Date: The ending 'contact date' (see the Customer Form, used in the Prospects by lead source, prospects by telemarketer, and line item reports.

Lead Source: The name of the lead source displayed in the Prospects by lead source, Prospects by telemarketer, and line item reports. Leave this blank to show all lead sources.

Telemarketer: The name of the telemarketer displayed in the Prospects by lead source, Prospects by telemarketer, and line item reports. Leave this blank to display all telemarketers.

Prospects By Lead Source: View a report of prospects, over the date range specified, for the telemarketer and lead source specified, sorted first by lead source, then by telemarketer.

Prospects By Telemarketer: View a report of prospects, over the date range specified, for the telemarketer and lead source specified, sorted first by telemarketer, then by lead source.

Line Item: View a condensed version of the above two reports, over the date range specified, for the telemarketer and lead source specified, sorted by lead source.

Unpaid Telemarketers: View a list of telemarketers who have not yet been paid for approved leads. Much of the information discussed here is set in the Customer Form. This report shows all customers who:

• Have a telemarketer name filled in.
• Have a claim number filled in (indicating the lead has been approved)
• Do NOT have a paid date filled in.

A list of the leads by telemarketer is printed; the number of leads is multiplied by the telemarketer's pay rate to show the gross amount due. You set the pay rate by double clicking the edit box where you enter the telemarketer's name to display the telemarketer form.

Mark Unpaid Telemarketers As Paid: After you write checks for your telemarketer's latest efforts, press this button to mark all telemarketers who appeared on the Unpaid Telemarketers Report as paid.

Close: Closes this form.
