The Provider Form

If you sell programming, you can use this form to track payments to program providers. You can use the provider renewal report to find out which programming is about to expire.

NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy Hand Thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

NOTE: The menu to the right (with customers, receivers, etc.) is displayed whenever you right click inside the form you are working in, allowing you to quickly move from form to form as you enter customer information.

Order Date: Enter the date of the order. You can select an order date from the pull down menu. If you leave the order date blank, the date of the most recent order is automatically inserted; if there are no orders today's date is inserted.
Data source:Providers.OrderDate

Provider: Enter the name of the program provider. You can double click on this field to bring up a list of providers. Data source:Providers.ProviderName

Package Name: Enter the name of the program provider package. You can double click on this field to bring up a list of package names, contents, and costs. Data source:Providers.ProviderPackage

Form Control: Pressing the 'x' to close the form, the '_' to minimize the form (make it a small icon at the bottom of the screen), or the box shape to maximize the form (so it takes up the entire database window).

Navigation Buttons: Use these buttons to browse the service records. You can move to the first record, previous, next, or last, or add a record by pressing the '*' button. To find a record in a large list, click in the field you wish to search, and press Control F.

Close: Close this form.
