Purchase Agreement

A purchase agreement is a form letter that is filled in with customer information. A sample purchase agreement, called "PurchaseAgreement.dot" is located in the MailMerge subdirectory of the installation directory, e.g. "C:\Sat Tracker\MailMerge\PurchaseAgreement.dot".

You will need to enter your company name, and make any changes you think are necessary to the purchase agreement prior to using it.

The customer information is placed at 'bookmarks' in the purchase agreement letter. The bookmarks correspond to fields in the following manner:
Bookmark Name Data Source
CCExp Customer credit card expiration date. From the Credit Card expiration date in the customer form.
Credit Card Customer credit card. From the Credit Card Number in the customer form.
Receiver ID The Receiver ID of the customer's primary receiver.
SmartCard The Smart Card number of the customer's primary receiver.

Do the following to see the bookmarks: Although you can change the text of the purchase agreement, unfortunately you cannot change the bookmarks without making changes to the program code.
