Receivers With Multipler Owners

This report works as follows:
- Find all the unique Receiver ID's of non-changed out receivers.
- Note which receiver ID's are present 2 or more times; these are duplicates.
- Join this duplicate receiver list with the customer table, by the Customer Id in the receiver table.
Use this report to fix problems with data entry or data importing. A receiver should only be owned by a single customer.
