Various system-wide settings are entered here. Settings have the following effects:

1. Remove Graphics from reports does just that; any pictures and graphics are removed from the report prior to printing. Although the reports are not as ascetically pleasing, they print significantly faster on dot-matrix printers.
2. The setting for the Company State is used to determine if the Sales Tax Rate (also a setting) is applicable.
3. The various 'terms and condition' settings are used for Work Orders and Invoices. Note that the 'invoice company name' is substituted for %N in these settings.
